Constance A. Sullivan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, Constance A. Sullivan (Medford, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grande and Geri Grande; and her sister Patricia Grande. She is survived by: her child Camille Fargo (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jared, Jack and Julia; her brother Daniel L. Grande (Paula); and her caregivers, Virginia and Brighid. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, friends and her two dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (118 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Candy's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
