She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabino Chiarella and Loretta Chiarella (Tirella); her husband Joseph Chiarenza; her son Joseph Chiarenza; her grandson Michael Cox; and also Loretta Cox.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Grady (Louis) and Anthony Chiarenza (Katherine); and also Geraldine. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
