He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John C Meeks and Thelma G Meeks (Black); his son Charles Richard Meeks (Mandy) of Groton; his stepchildren, Carla Parker (Cole) of Framingham and Edward Embriano of Medford; and his grandchildren, Angela Meeks, Whitaker and Isabelle Parker.
