She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde H. Faulkner, Sr.; and her parents, Nora (O'Hara) and Thomas Gannon, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Clyde H. "Chip" Faulkner, Jr. (Sharon) of Andover and Colleen A. Smith (Michael) of Westford; her siblings, Thomas Gannon, Jr. (Cathy) of Arlington and Eileen Moore (John) of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Eric, Peter Faulkner, Michaela, Annabel and Phineas Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
