She is survived by: her children, Frederick Costantino of Boston, Pamela Puryear (Jeffrey Puryear Jr.) of Dracut and Melissa McIntyre (Rodney Cooke) of Lowell; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Puryear III, Elijah Puryear, Corey McIntyre (Darlene Keefe, Meaghan) and Briana Crowell; her great grandchildren, Cemya, Miguel, Jaxson and Aurora Reign; and her siblings, Martha Goveia of Melrose, Joseph, Charles and Salvatore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
