He was predeceased by: his former wife Angelina Piacenza (Bombace); and his brother Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Carl Piacenza (Wendy) of Chelmsford, MA and Thomas Piacenza (Lori) of Hampton, NH.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Piacenza, Alexa Piacenza, Christine Piacenza, Carl Piacenza and Kate Piacenza; his nieces, Janine Vendola and Marie Sharis; his great-nieces, Stella and Lydia Small; his son John Keating; his wife Celeste; his son Jim Vergados; and his nephews, Stephen, Nelson Piacenza and Ed Piacenza. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
