He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter D'Agostino and Jennie D'Agostino (Galli); and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Barbara D'Agostino (Ciampa); his children, Sandra Rosano of Haverhill and Michael D'Agostino (Allison) of Medford; and his siblings, Ralph D'Agostino of Virginia, Concetta Noguera of Hyde Park and Robert D'Agostino. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
