He was predeceased by: his spouse Isabel "Bella" (Papagni); and his sister Anne Duffy, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Leon A. Benoit (Lorraine) of Billerica, James M. Benoit (Lisa) of Dracut and Marie C. Benoit Ferrazzani (Paul) of Medford; his siblings, Bernadette Benoit of Cambridge, Rita Benoit, Phyllis Murphy, Malvina O'Neil, Lena Mahoney, Raymond, Leon, John, Paul and Arthur Benoit; and his girlfriend Pauline Foley of Somerville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
