Alan K. McDougall Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan K. McDougall of Medford, Massachusetts, born in Woburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne J. McDougall and Dorothy A. McDougall (Tuschner); and his brother P. Scott McDougall (Sheila) of Wilmington. He is survived by: his siblings, Philip McDougall (Karen) of Oakham, Cathy McDougall (Tammy Doucette) of North Reading and Lonny MacDougall (Jeanette) of Arcadia, CA. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
All attending must wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing protocols. Interment services will be private.
