He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Collins and Margery Collins (Dawes). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline A. Collins (King); his daughters, Stacey R. Bell of Attleboro and Tamara Y. Pultz (Ken) of Bellingham; his sisters, Patricia Ullberg and Susan O'Day'; and his granddaughters, Catherine, Madison Bell of Attleboro, Samantha and Charlotte Pultz of Bellingham.
