He was predeceased by: his uncle Adam Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Keri Lynn Smith and Brandon Crawford of Medfield; his sisters, Victoria Barbarossa of Medfield and Hannah Mosher of Cape Cod; and his grandparents, Barry Smith of Hopkinton and Kathleen Phillips of Venice, FL. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton (57 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton, MA 01748). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the same location.
