He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan C. Newark (Winn) of Medford; his daughters, Suzanne M. Newark of Medfield, Diane M. Newark of Marlboro and Nancy A. Newark of Medfield; his brother R. Stephen Newark (Rita) of Norwood; his sons, Liam J. Milne and Frank J. Newark, Jr. (Shelly) of Westford; his grandchildren, Liam J. Milne (Medfield), Caroline and Catherine Newark (Westford); and his close friends, John Carter, Bill Cullen and Fran Fedele. He was also cherished by many friends, cousins, sisters- and brothers-in-law; and dozens of nieces and nephews.
