He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Foley (McCarthy) and Charles Hugh Foley; and his siblings, Dorothy, Evelyn, Helen, Mary, Charles Jr., James, Teresa, John, Paul and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his grandchildren, Alison, John, Neil, Libby, Maddie, Margaret, Lilly-Kate, Sam, Charlotte, Emmett and Zoe; and his sister Claire Foley. He is also survived by four children and their spouses.
