He is survived by: his daughters, Meghan and Lindsay Holtzman; his sons-in-law, Jarrod Reich and James Jarvis; his brother Kenneth Holtzman; his pets, Zeus, Ralph and Marvin; his friends, Mary Ellen Holtzman, Pam, Dennis Collins, Kristen Kelly, Cecilia Plum and Schatz; and his cousin Church.
