She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kavaleski and Veronica Kavaleski (Kuliesus); her close friend Gage Russell; and her sister Patricia Forrest. She is survived by: her brother John Kavaleski of Alabama; and her nieces, Jennifer Waldron of Maynard, Sandra Tannen of Alabama and Susan Hill of Florida.
