He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Phelan III; and his sister Alison Lee Phelan. He is survived by: his mother Diane A. Phelan (Annunziata) of Maynard; his children, Brytanie A. Phelan of Fitchburg and Nicholas R. Phelan of Fitchburg; his fiancée Jennifer Martell of Maynard; his sister Tracy Elder (Joe) of Maynard; and his niece Krysten Gordon (David) of Peabody. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members and close friends.
