She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Glenn Simm and Marion Simm (Ogilvie). She is survived by: her friend Bill W.; her husband John E. Mazzeo of Maynard; her daughter Dr. Elizabeth "Libby" Mazzeo of Portland, ME; and her siblings, Nancy Simm of Littleton, MA and Glenn Simm of Bolton, MA..
