He is survived by: his grandparents, Ken White and Mary Pangman; his daughter Dezirae A. Mikalunas of Maynard, MA; his mother Christie C. White (Lois) of Maynard; his grandparents, Dana J. Carroll, Karen Schmeider of Scotia, NY, Kenneth E. White and Ilona White of Kupiskis; his friend Ashley Maynard of Webster, MA.; and also, Dezirae, Brendan White of Cebu, Lauren T. Tetreault, Pat Sands of Maynard, MA, Linda L. Tetreault, Mark Cohen of Yarmouthport, MA, Tom H. Tetreault, Genevieve L. Puleo, Brady Eskilson of West Lebanon, NH, Alexandra F. Puleo, Sebastian Ebarb of Roslindale, MA, Tim Pangman, Kevin Pangman, Jeff Pangman, Ted Pangman, Todd Pangman, Jodi Pangman and Gary M. Pangman of Cobleskill, NY. He is also survived by uncles, aunts.

Donations will be gratefully accepted in Keiths name to Common Cathedral run by Ecclesia Ministries.
