He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude J. Bouchard and Phyllis P. Bouchard (Donaghy); his siblings, Annette Galen, Thomas Bouchard and Ronald Bouchard; and his brother-in-law Howard Galen.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl S. Bouchard (Szwarc); his daughters, Nicole Brown (George) of Billerica, Claudine Underwood (James) of Boylston, Sarah Meade of Hopedale and Anne Bouchard (Sean Mahoney) of Boylston; his siblings, Maureen Cushing (Martin) of Glenburn, ME and William Bouchard (Paula) of Eastport, ME; his sister-in-law Carole Szwarc of Murraysville, PA; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Jordan Underwood, Joseph, Charlotte and Amelia Meade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
