He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel and Lorraine Lois Green (Larson); and his former wife Mary Green. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Green (Palombi); his close friend Jim Gannon; his daughters, Alison Mara Green (John Bent) of Providence and Meredith Sarah Eustis (Augustus Hemenway Eustis) of Somerville; and his sisters, Joan Moran of Lakeland and Frances Vezina of Southbury. He is also survived by his four nieces.
