He is survived by: his sister Kelly Sullivan of St. Petersburg, FL; his son Ereck Sullivan (Wendy); his grandchildren, Sophia and Emalia of Manchester; his son Casey Sullivan (Chrissi Salvato) of Medford; his partner's daughter Amy Scavone (Jim); his aunt Marlene Malchak; his cousins, Chris, Jeff Malchak, Rick Gabello and Francine Westfall (Rich); and also, Isabella of Clinton and Patrick Colaluca (Sheila Deane) of Lancaster.
