He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sullivan and Irene Frtyal; his sister Shayne Sullivan Crouch; and his son Justin Patrick Sullivan. He is survived by: his sister Kelly Sullivan of St. Petersburg, FL; his son Ereck Sullivan (Wendy); his grandchildren, Sophia and Emalia of Manchester; his son Casey Sullivan (Chrissi Salvato) of Medford; his partner's daughter Amy Scavone (Jim); his aunt Marlene Malchak; his cousins, Chris, Jeff Malchak, Rick Gabello and Francine Westfall (Rich); and also, Isabella of Clinton and Patrick Colaluca (Sheila Deane) of Lancaster.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home (50 Central St, Hudson, MA 01749). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
