He was predeceased by: his wife Jo-Ann Mary Horst (Scacciotti); and his father Richard Willis Horst. He is survived by: his children, Vikki (Thomas McComiskey) of Hudson, MA and Richard A. Horst of Marlborough, MA; his granddaughters, Emily, Rachel and Sarah; and his siblings, Judy Kramer, James Horst, Jeri Bark and Donald Horst. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
