He was predeceased by: his parent Warren Arthur Simmons; and his sibling Andrew M. Simmons. He is survived by: his parent Beverly Robinson Simmons (Miller) of Acton; his children, Haley Jean Simmons of Maynard and Benjamin J. Simmons of Maynard; his sibling Jeffrey A. Simmons (Andrea) of Littleton; and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Christopher, Taylor Simmons of Littleton, Jacquelyn and Meghan Simmons of Ayer.
