He was predeceased by: his wife Linda R. Hobbs (Simpson); and his parents, Frederick W. Hobbs and Barbara A. Gentry (Jenks). He is survived by: his children, Sue (Darren Schumaker) of Tewksbury, MA, Heidi (Bill Brincklow) of Tewksbury, MA and Mike Hobbs of Maynard, MA; and his grandchildren, Amanda Schumaker, Blake Schumaker, Derek Schumaker, Alexis Brincklow, Connor Brincklow, Aidan Hobbs, Drew Hobbs and Madison Hobbs.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
