He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis N. Beaulieu (Chevalier); his parents, Romeo and Jeannette Beaulieu (Belanger); his daughter Jennifer L. Forker; and his brother Julien Beaulieu.
He is survived by: his children, Marc J. Beaulieu (Lesley Souza) of Rochester, Amy M. Filloramo (Rob) of Rochester, Matthew W. Beaulieu (Kimberly) of Rochester and Donna P. Walsh (Jack) of Westport; his children-in-law, James Forker of Marion and Sheelagh Beaulieu of Mattapoisett; his siblings, Clement Beaulieu (Joanne) of Fairhaven, Cozette Poirier of New Bedford and Joanne Pothier (Roger); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Harriet Beaulieu, Nicholas Filloramo (Amelia Knowlton), Noah Filloramo (Evelyn), Camille, Grace Filloramo, William, Matthew, Collin Walsh, Mollie Palm (William), Emily, Sarah, Kate Beaulieu, Benjamin, Charlotte and Nora Forker; and his great grandchildren, Nova, Maximus Palm, Andrea and Theodore Filloramo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
