It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George L Hossfield (Mattapoisett, Massachusetts), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jaqueline Hossfield (Dwyer); and his sibling Berenice Hossfield Voght of Charleston, RI.. He is survived by: his children, George Hossfield, III (Jing) of Sandown, NH, Robin Hossfield (Linda) of Vero Beach, FL, Dale Hossfield of Vero Beach, FL and Brooke Thibeault (Thom) of Carbondale, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life is being planned for sometime in the summer when the pandemic allows.
