She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph A. Bauer; her parent Thomas O. Phillips; and her brothers, Earle Phillips, Sr., Robert Phillips and Thomas O. Phillips, Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Ella M. Phillips (Vaughan); her children, Gail M. Nicholson (William "Nick") of Mattapoisett and Martin J. "Mickey" Bauer, II of Gilroy, CA; her brother Wayne B. Phillips of Crestline, CA; and her grandson Daniel Gill of Providence, RI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
