He is survived by: his spouse Elfriede M. Blackburn; his sons, Arthur H. Blackburn, III and Dean A. Blackburn (Stephanie Blackburn); his granddaughter Madeline J. Blackburn; his parents, Dean Blackburn and Stephanie Blackburn; and his great grandchild Aria Bell of Madeline.
