She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick D. and Shirley F.; and her brother Frederick D. Washington, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Airforce Veteran David O. Bennett; her children, Ronnie, Winston Bennett, Melissa Bennett, David Bennett Jr and Virginia Phillips; and her siblings, Torleah, Stewart and Cecelia Webbe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
