It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shakurah Abdullah (Mattapan, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Pearl Benders; and her daughters, Monica Fergus and Michelle Raquiba Fergus. She was also cherished by her six grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
