She was predeceased by: her child Shauna M. Purvis. She is survived by: her children, Priscilla L. Purvis-Keith and James M. Purvis; and her grandchild Zachari N. J. Purvis. She is also survived by 4 sisters, 1 brother, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
