He is survived by: his former wife Donna Bembery-Rivera; his children, Vera Marie Bembery, Leo Britton (Marcia), Richard "Richy" William Bembery Jr. (Melody), Richelle Fernandes (Cisco), Ronda Bembery, Rebeca Bembery-Rainey (Eric) and Paige Stewart; and his sister Marie Dias. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
