Mr. Qualan Joseph Powell of Dorchester, MA passed on August 16, 2020. Beloved son to Joseph and Annette Bartley. He leaves his three children; Tzar Keilan Powell-Aparicio, Quinzy Jaleo Powell and Zi'yana Michelle Powell. His brother Jalen Powell Bartley, his dear grandmother Reverend Barbara Dulin of Greater Love Tabernacle and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends to cherish his memories.
