Carter and Mary L. Carter; her children, William Branch (Trenita), Vernice Johnson-Funches (James), Herman A. Carter and Joseph Branch; and her grandchildren, Lawrence, Rico, Shawn, Emonica (Marcus), Vernice D., Mary, Margaret, Charles, David, Ja'Lisa, Romona, Keisha, Takeisha, Cee'Jae, Me'ara, Ra'chelle and Angel.
