He was predeceased by: his mother Clementina Velasquez. He is survived by: his father Amancio Velasquez (Clementina Velasquez); his wife Ann Marie Velasquez; and his children, Jamila Velasquez and Raheem Velasquez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Church of All Nations (33 Elm Hill Ave, Boston, MA 02121). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
