It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam G. Cox of Mattapan, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 21, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Hayward W. Cox, Sr.; and her children, Carleton Cox, Miriam E. Cox and Hayward W. Cox, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David G. Cox, Barron B. Cox (Pamela) and Bonita P. Cox (Felix); and her grandchildren, Barron David Cox (Laura), Terrence Saunders, Kamal J. Cox, Michela P. Cox-Jakimczyk, Michael G. Cox-Jakimczyk, Jocelyn E. Cox-Jakimczyk, Joshua A. Cox-Jakimczyk, Karima I. Groshman and Michelle Reghitto (Joe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, extended family, church family and friends.
