She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert L. Forsyth. She is survived by: her children, Susan M. Saia, Dominic of Somerville, Robert N. Forsyth, Carole DeYoung of East Falmouth, Elizabeth A. DeYoung and John of Braintree; her grandchildren, John F. DeYoung, Bridget of Abington and Victoria E. DeYoung of Ft; her great grandchild Gavin J. DeYoung; and her siblings, Iris Hodges, Harold of Great Malvern and Worcester.
