He is survived by: his stepfather Charles Chappell; his wife Dorothy J. Mallory; his children, Tonia Rodriguez (Robert) and Jerry Pettway of Joseph Pettway, OH; his siblings, Charles Chappell Jr. (Brenda), MaryAnn Caldwell (Larry) and Denise Jones (Daryl); his grandchildren, Terrell, Tommy King Jr., Shaquana King, Jhakira Weathers, Keomi Smith, Shamar, Walton, Talia, Tia, Jace Williams and Ethan Roupe; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeha, Le'Shawn, Londyn, Tommy, Jonah, Corey Jr., Marley, Emory and Mya. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & great nieces & nephews.
