He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline V. Brooks; and his brother Fitzry Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Brooks, Kirk Brooks, Peta-Gaye Brooks, Danielle Brooks and Lanisha Harrison; and his siblings, Sam, Bill, Dwain, Wesley, Milverton, Hope and Althea Brooks. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
