He is survived by: his siblings, Hubert Owens, John Owens, Annette Owens, Barbara Robinson, Christine Owens and Carolyn Simon; his children, Lisa Owens, Trinja Watson, Robert Hodge and Arthur Lee Owens, III; his grandchildren, Gregory "Terron" Watson, Tiffany Watson, Troy Watson, Travis Watson, Riley Hodge, Robbie Hodge and Arthur Lee Owens, IV; and his wife Cora Owens of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by two brothers, four sisters, four children, seven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
