He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Holtzclaw (Morris) and William Sebastian Lewis, Sr.; his wife Ruth (Frye); and his son Brian Justice. He is survived by: his children, India Simpson of Chicago, IL and Charles Brookshire of Pawtucket, RI; and his stepdaughter Gail Wilson of Boston, MA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, many friends, and extended family.
