He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Avery of Montclair, NJ and Janis Avery (Mary) of Seattle, WA; and his grandchildren, Felicia, Emerson, Matthew, Amber, Darrel, Adam and Kasie. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
