She was predeceased by: her son Sean J. McGrath; her parents, Michael O'Gara and Anna O'Gara (Egan); and her brothers, Joseph, James and Edward O'Gara (Quincy).

She is survived by: her husband Peter W. Vogus; her granddaughters, Cassandra and Holly; her brother Robert O'Gara (Mary) of Braintree; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn O'Gara of Milton and Rayne O'Gara of Quincy; and also Pamela J. McGrath (McDonough).
