She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Rebello of Falmouth. She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Burtis; her daughter Jennifer Zylinski; her grandsons, Brock of Mashpee and Mason Zylinski of Mashpee; her cousin Raymond Eldredge; and also Trinity Eldredge.
