He was predeceased by: his parents, George Souza and Edith Souza. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Souza-DeMello; his close friend Patricia; his siblings, Lisa Willow Dunne of North Falmouth, Timothy G. Souza of East Falmouth, Christopher J. Souza of Mashpee, Gregory J. Souza of East Falmouth, Patrick H. Souza of Cicero, NY and Holly M. Souza of Saint Paul, MN; his stepchildren, Brittney E. Martinsen, Lauren A. Enos and Chad M. Enos; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel Benoit of Falmouth, Laura Souza of Falmouth, Cameron Aiken of Falmouth, Nicholas Parece of Natick, Matthew Parece of Spokane, WA and Heather Medeiros of Woods Hole.
