He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Conway and Frederick F. Conway Sr.; and his former wife Mariane Conway (Gillis). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Conway; his children, Nora Herrin (Peter) of Sudbury and Brendan Conway of Weehawken, NJ; his stepchildren, Nicole Caucci (Paul) of East Sandwich and Karisa Prestera (Norman Comparini) of Austin, TX; his siblings, Carolyn Wallace, Jackie Taxter and Jonathan Conway; and his grandchildren, Laurel, Tate, Caroline, Charlotte, Sabrina, Mila, Sophia and Logan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
