He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Sr and Francis E. McGowan Sr.; his wife Diana; his daughters, Lori McLean (Daniel) of Dorchester and Julie Medeiros (Gregory) of Pawtucket, RI; his sisters, Anne Mackey of Hingham and Jean Hickson of Framingham; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabrielle Pearl and Regina Beauregard; and his great grandchild Wyatt. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
