He was predeceased by: his wife Viola Jean Samiagio (Secord); and his parents, Anthony Samiagio and Dena Samiagio (Cecchi). He is survived by: his children, Jason Samiagio (Ellen) of Westborough, MA and Jennifer Samiagio of Cotuit, MA; his grandchildren, Andrew Jason Hennigan of Cotuit, MA and Vera Jean Samiagio of Westborough, MA; his brother Robert Samiagio (Jane) of Milford, MA; his aunt Gloria Spiro of Milford, MA; his cousin Wayne Spiro of Milford, MA; his nieces, Melissa Kerr of Milford, MA and Karen Alberts of Franklin, MA; and his sister-in-law Shirley Powell.

Due to COVID-19 and the family's concerns for the wellbeing of everyone the use of face masks will be required for all facets of the funeral services.
