He is survived by: his wife Maureen Viau (Twichell); his daughters, Jessica Viau of Grafton, MA and Allison Radler (Jacob) of North Attleboro, MA.; his parents, Arthur Viau and Irene Viau (Rocheleau) of Leominster, MA; and his siblings, Joyce Valerie (David) of Englewood, FL, James Viau (Susan) of Leominster, MA and Lynn Richard (Rene) of Leominster, MA..
