He was predeceased by: his parent William Costa; his daughter Deborah Costa Burns; and his brother Warren Costa. He is survived by: his spouse Eleanor Costa (Silva); his parent Marie Costa; his son David Costa (Cheryl) of North Truro; his grandchildren, Kelly, Elizabeth, Robyn, Katie and Molly; and his great grandchildren, Jake, Derek, Eva, Kendall and Nela.
